This is a personal blog. I'm not in the business of collecting or selling your data. The only information I ask for directly is your email address, and only if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter or send me a message. Some information is collected automatically by the standard tools this site runs on, and that's explained below.

• Newsletter signup: your email address, used only to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message, used only to reply to you.

I don't sell, rent, or trade this information to anyone.

Like most websites, this site and the services it uses may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived here. This is used to understand what people read and to keep the site working properly.

This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information here, email me and I'll remove it.
